Stockholm Put Us to the Test: Chocolatin Labs at the 2026 Shows

Major dog shows are a kind of examination. Breeders, owners and handlers present the results of their work, while experienced breed specialists carefully assess each dog in the ring. Chocolatin Labs had several such tests in Stockholm — and a story worth telling. First, we had to make it to Sweden. For our team, the long journey was an adventure in itself. Chocolatin Labs Flirt, our Figaro, travelled from Poland with his handler Anna Holosiuk. Chocolatin Labs Freja came from Kharkiv with Alena Tiutiunnik. And Chocolatin Labs Felix Black&Chocolate travelled from Ukraine with his owner, Lilia Zierova, and handler, Kateryna Vasyohlo. 3 September — Labrador Retriever Club Show Our first challenge was the Swedish Labrador Retriever Club Show. - Chocolatin Labs Flirt — Excellent - Chocolatin Labs Felix Black&Chocolate — 4th place, CK Judge: Marion Hopkinson - Chocolatin Labs Freja — Excellent Judge: Margaret Brown 4 September — European Dog Show British judge Jackie Hodge assessed the junior males. The results of our boys made us especially happy: - Chocolatin Labs Flirt — 2nd place, Excellent, CK. Figaro placed second in the Junior Class, and we are delighted to call him Junior Vice European Winner. - Chocolatin Labs Felix Black&Chocolate — made it to the final shortlist and was the fifth junior selected. He just missed the final placements. - Chocolatin Labs Freja — Excellent under judge Kirsi Luomanen. 6 September — Swedish Winner Show CACIB In the Junior Dog class, judged by Kirsi Luomanen: - Chocolatin Labs Flirt — 2nd place, CK - Chocolatin Labs Felix Black&Chocolate — 4th place Chocolatin Labs Freja received Excellent under judge Jackie Hodge. For us, these are more than catalogue entries: results like these help us see that Chocolatin Labs is moving in the direction we believe in. Stockholm is behind us. The next chapter lies ahead.
